Delete My Winter Protocol Account
Include the email address associated with your Winter Protocol account.
After verifying your request:
Your Winter Protocol account will be permanently deleted.
Your profile information will be removed.
Your membership information will be deleted.
Your WIN Credits balance (if any) will be removed.
Your authentication data will be deleted.
Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable laws, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or financial record-keeping.
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days.
